Hi annron,

Was your Catherine born 1884 Charlestown and aged 38 years, travelling Liverpool to New York on the Adriatic arriving 4 th November 1922  (spelt Katherine Harrington) ?
Looking at the manifest it would indictae Catherine could have started the process of naturalization or been in Philadelphia 15 th May 1940. (3-185569) Area 3 is Philadelphia PA or Newark NY (DelMarVA peninsula (DE, MD, VA) NJ, Eastern PA)
On the second page it indicates Catherine had been in the USA 1909 - 1921 and she was going to a cousin:- Mrs Arthur Entwhistle. 108 Martin Avenue. Philadelphia.

IF this is your Catherine, does the name Entwhistle mean anything ?

There is an Arthur Entwhistle born 1881 England on the 1920 census, link below ??

Naturalization for Arthur Entwhistle  born 2 nd May 1880 in Manchester is dated 20th April 1921 says he is living at 108 Martin Avenue. Immigrated to Philadelphia on the Merion 23 April 1913. Declared his intention 15 th July 1916. His wife Agnes was born in England 29 November 1875. Has a daughter Eileen born March 2 nd 1910. So this does appear to be the same one as on the WW2 draft

Looked back for an earlier passenger list for John Harrington and he appears on a Philadelphia one in 1910. Is there a sister Bridget in the family ?

Port of Departure: Queenstown, Ireland to Philadelphia on the Merion, arriving 17 April 1910.
Father Thomas. xxxxxx   ??? Charlestown. Manifest gives a reference to May 23 rd 1922
Going to sister Bridget Harrington. Philadelphia.
