Are you still searching for the civil records?
Have you contacted Irish GRO for a search?

There is a John Murphy marriage for 1872 in Swineford district:
Volume 4  page 498 but no matching Mary Cronnolly. It may be that she has not been recorded in the indexes for some reason so that may be worth checking.
