John and Mary Bond in 1871 please * COMPLETED *

I can't access the census resources at the moment. Please could some kind soul help me with the 1871 entry for John and Mary Bond. Mary was born at Blankney circa 1840 possibly with the surname Shackleton (or similar). I think she remarried (George Albert Cockin) in 1879, so I guess John had died by then. I know there were two daughters - Elizabeth Ann ((1873) and Rebecca Mary (1874). The latter married Robert Sharman from my family tree. Anyhow, I digress - it's the information in the 1871 census entry that I need for now. Thanking you in anticipation.

Well, I'm amazed. Thank you both so much. I really appreciate the help that came through between my going to bed last night and getting up this morning. There are some real night-owls out there!

I'm thinking that John Bond is most likely the one who died Louth dist. Q1 1875 aged 76 (source FreeBMD). It is interesting because the name Bond comes up three times in my Sharman Family History. I had assumed some tie between a single Bond family and my tribe. It seems that I was wrong. I'll crystallise those Sharman-Bond links and put them up on RootsChat later.  Thank you again.

Only when you sent this did I realise that there is more than one Strubby. The one I was looking at was a fair way from Woodthorpe where the girls were born, and it didn't make sense. Now I have John's burial at the correct Strubby too. Thanks, Karen.
