Kelly's Directory look up please for a Publican?

If anyone has a Kelly's Directory for Birmingham 1918 would they kindly look up James
Alexander Hines who was a Publican in 1918.  I dont know for sure where James was a Publican I can't find him on any censuses, I am assuming Birmingham because that is where 'present day' Hines family live.

Did you get his occupation from one of his childrens birth or marriage certs?

There is a 1917 marriage in Birmingham for a James A Hines to Leah Beasley

Yes I have his son's marriage certificate Henry Hines birth abt 1892.  Thank you for finding that marriage it is obviously not his first.  However, if I sent for that certificate it may give me the address and name of the Pub. 

iTs strange why I cant find them on censuses though.

there is a james arthur hines born 1884 birmingham in 1911 he is unmarried and living in birmingham so this could be his marriage

My James middle name is Alexander and also his son Henry was 26 yrs old on his Marriage certificate so he would have been born abt 1892.  The James Arthur Hines born 1884 is too young.

I think the point Wozzle was making was that the 1917 marriage to Leah Beasley was probably that of James Arthur Hines b 1884 and not that of James Alexander Hines
