Siblings are Ben, Louisa, George, Elizabeth, Emma & Agnes.

Frederick is a widower by 1891 with Ben, Louisa, Emma, Agness, Katherine plus a granddaughter Amelia who is 6.

1901 still with widowed father plus Louisa and Amelia.  Maybe Amelia is the daughter of Louisa?

Frederick Brown married Eliza Canham Sept 1855 Newmarket (probably Soham) and lived in Clay Street Soham in 1861. Fred was a Tailor born Chipppenham. ( The census says Wiltshire but I guess it is Cambs as there is a Frederick Brown living in Windmill Cottages Chippenham in 1851) Frederick's parents were Edward and Mary and living in Ixworth Suffolk in 1841.
