George & Tobiatha Jordan

Looking for information about George and Tobiatha (maiden name Leader, previously married to John Quantick) Jordan.
George and Tobiatha were married at St. Nectan's church in Ashcombe (Devon) in 1831.
They emmigrated to New Zealand in 1841 on the ship Tamandra, with their family.
I have information about the family in new Zealand, but would like to know about the English connection.
Any assistance most welcome.

IGI shows two Tabitha Leaders born in Devon. Here they are:
1) Tabitha Luscombe Leader chirstened on 3rd Feb. 1793 in Ashcombe, Devon, child of James and Tabitha.

2) Tabitha Leader christened 2nd Aug 1801 in Ashcombe, Devon, child of John and Ann.

There are four George Jordans born around the above dates. Look at the IGI:
