Help with death in Haltham please COMPLETED WITH THANKS

Hi

I am looking for the burial of Dinah Horton who was born in Tumby but lived in Haltham.  She was on the 1861 census living on her own aged 39, a spinster and nurse.  Dinah had two children, Thomas Wilkinson Horton and Hannah Elizabeth Horton who were not with her then. 

I can't find her death, a possible marriage or a census entry after 1861 for her so if anyone has the parish records for Haltham, could they please help with this.

There is a marriage for Dinah HAUTON in Horncastle March Q 1864 ref 7a 735 to either Joseph LEEMAN or John SINCLAIR.
I couldn't find her under either of these surnames in 1871 so searched for a death.

Dinah LEEMAN died at Lincoln Mar Q 1866 ref 7a 316 aged 44.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with that information.  I've been going back to this one for about two years!!  Just didn't think of the change in spelling of the name.

You're right she was - didn't think of that because the family has always been Horton.  I suppose it's a case of them not being able to read and write.  Nevermind, the problem's solved now thanks to you.
