Iam looking for the family of Dora Mellow b1902 windhill,shipley. her parents are John William Mellow & Mary Elizabeth Booth but don't where born or married, John is down as a coastguard on Dora's birth certificate

 Just doing a name search on www.census.pro.gov.uk gives a Mary Mellow in Shipley, but no John William, Coastguard.

There is a William mellow in Hampshire who *is* a coastguard, but he would appear to already have a family with him.

Maybe it would be worthwhile buying the two records to see if you can make any sense of it from there.
