Emma Spink. Born Walsall.

Hi.

Is it possible for someone to find details of the the birth of a EMMA SPINK. According to the 1881 census she was living in Lancashire but it states she was born 1869 (+/- 2) in Walsall, Staffs.
Free BMD does not give such a birth although I know this is incomplete.

Mary Jane Sprick abt 1839  Ashton Under Lyme, Lancashire,  Wife  Thos Spink abt 1813  Walsall, Staffordshire,  Father 
On the index no Emma but she might be missed off the index and actually with the family on the page.
If she married have you found her on later censuses?
