http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feoffment

Feoffment, (or Enfeoffment) in English law was a transfer of land or property that gave the new holder the right to sell it as well as the right to pass it on to his heirs as an inheritance. It was total relinquishment and transfer of all rights of ownership of an estate in land from one individual to another

I wonder if  Margaret was Mathias`s Mum.

Perhaps, only perhaps, your difficulty lies in the age expectation based on the 1861 census, which may be false,as with the 1851.  This looks possible:-
FamilySearch has a Jesse christened 24 Nov 1822 parents Edward Parry and Sarah Blackwall.
Looking at other possible children born to this couple there may be a dozen or so with possible movement to Shropshire and return(?).I can't totally discount two Edward/Frances combinations in two different locations but there seems some elemnent of name consistency.

Given this,these are good candidates

1841 914  8/5  3
1851 2501  9  11 (as before)

1861 4273  55  12(as before)
1871  5645  46 12

There is a burial record for Jesse Parry in Halkyn 1872,born 1823

Regards
Roger

Thanks, I have got all those, but I can`t find the 1841 record.

I`m not sure how to search using those numbers, I did try but got 176,914  hits  ???

Where does Frances come into it ?

More on the Lloyds.

Mathias Lloyd was the father of Sarah Lloyd who married Jesse Parry. AT LEAST WE THINK  SO,
I don`t have the certificate yet..

Marriage Dec 1853  Civil Marriage .
Jesse Parry / Sarah Lloyd

After Sarah married Jesse Parry they lived at Billins.

In 1861  Billins
Jesse Parry 31 lead miner b Halkin c 1830
Sarah Parry 28 b Ysceifiog  c 1833
Maria 7 b Halkin
Edward 2 b “”

We have Sarah in 1841 but not 1851
1841 Pwll Mwlyn , Trelanycha  Ysceifiog
Mathias Lloyd 50 miner Y
Cath Lloyd 50 Y
Benjamin 13 Y
Mathias 11Y
Sarah 8 Y

John Lloyd , Halkyn. Miner died 1825 .

http://hdl.handle.net/10107/945370

This is his will, on page 1 he names  his wife Margaret , and leaves her his house in Billins , and his share which is one fourth ( quarter) of the lead ore mine that is on Halkin Mountain ,  and the same to his  son Mathias after his mothers death.
He leaves to another son Edward Lloyd enough land to build a house on,.he leaves to his daughters Jane , wife of Edward  Williams, and Margaret wife of William Williams .

Mathias Lloyd was the son of John Lloyd and Margaret nee Hughes. He was baptised on 22 Nov  1789 , Pontrea , Halkin.

John and Margaret  married at Northop on 23 Sept  1783 , we have the certificate.
