Please find on 1891 and 1881 Census

Hi, Please can anyone find Alfred King Whitworth born Basford or Old Basford, Nottinghamshire in 1871?
I have him on the 1901 and 1911 census in Nottinghamshire but can't find him on either of the above.

No joy so far but on FreeBMD there is a marriage of an Alfred King 1873 Radford and on the same page an Elizabeth Whitworth - his parents maybe?

Once again Rootschatters are great detectives.
Thank you Suzard and Willow, you have really opened up the possibilities of King/Whitworth connections.
I posted this look up for my cousin who is over here from NZ and she is going home at the end of the month to try and follow up the connection further.  We will let you know what mysteries she is now able to crack.

Well spotted Suz  I was searching for Alfred King with mother Elizabeth which wasnt coming up of course

Thanks again Willow, my cousin has now set off from here in Cheshire but will be catching up with her Nottingham branch in the next few weeks before travelling back to NZ.  I will let her know your latest findings and she is going to speak with her relatives in Nottingham to see where this all fits together.
