Thomas Lapper in Eastleach

Hi

Would someone be able to help me with this please.

One of my ancestors was Thomas Lapper (also goes by the names Lapworth). He married Agnes Saunders in Southrop in 1741. They had children in both Eastleach Turville & Eastleach Martin. On the childrens baptism his surname appears as both Lapper & Lapworth.
My problem is that i can't work out who Thomas's parents are. There are a couple of possibilities but i don't know which one he could be. I know his wife died in Eastleach Martin in 1768 and that the family names seem to be Henry & Richard.

Looking on the Gloucestershire Archives Genealogical Database http://ww3.gloucestershire.gov.uk/genealogy/Search.aspx, I see they have several wills of people called Lapworth from Eastleach Turville and nearby villages dating from the relevant period. Have you checked those to see if they give any clues?
