I am looking for William PARKES age 21, born in Walsall.
I am looking for his family. I know that his father's name was John (found on his marriage certificate) however I do not have any further information. I have not found his christening so I do not know who his mother was. He lists himself as being born in Walsall on all other census returns.
Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated!
