1891 lookup please surname Williams

Could someone kindly look up the following:
John Andrews Williams aged 28 born devon possibly in the army and his wife and family
He married in ST Saviour but I am not sure where he was living, so I am trying Surrey

There's a John Williams aged 28,single, b Plymouth Devon, in the Royal Navy, Hampshire ....

Thanks ,not sure about him though, our relative was called John Andrews Whittaker Williams and there is a marriage in 1883 for someone of that name, however I don't know why he would be in ST Saviour.
It seems our man was born in Chichester sorry.

Looking at further census records Ambrose W Lovell's wife is an Annie, a Harriet Watts is also boarding in the same household in 1891.

Have found a record in 1891 of

John A Williams b abt 1855 Chichester, Sussex
Katherine M Williams b abt 1858 Wolverhampton, Staffordshire
Kate E Williams b 1887 Wandsworth
Gertrude W Williams b 1890 aged 11 months Harrow, Middx

all living in Wealdstone.

Thanks, yes he and his brothers were all army and quite high ranking men too.
