Seeking details on William Carne who married Beatrice M Reynolds in June Qtr. 1941 in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The only other information I have found is;
Beatrice was born Sept. Qtr. 1920 in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and they had two daughters both born in Banbury, Oxfordshire;

Whilst we're not permitted to discuss living people on Rootschat, I think I'm safe in suggesting that this could be a possible death registration for your William Carne:  June 1998, Banbury, Oxon - born 11 Aug 1912
The only possible birth (www.freebmd.org.uk) is William Carne, July-September 1912 Truro - mother's maiden name Trembath
