I had also been looking at that family Jennifer  ;D  In 1851 Maria is a widow with a 'Willshaw' (Wiltshire) grandchild living with her.

There is also a very late baptism at St Pauls Clerkenwell in 1886 for Caroline    parents John and Maria Tully - johns occ Organ Builder (1821)  ::)
Caroline Tully married Charles Thomas Davis 13th June 1863 - it states she is a widow but her father is John Tully Organ Builder.  It looks as though she was previously married to Francis Neal 22nd July 1839.  ::)

What occupation does William give for his father on his marriage?

John Tully father of William was a organ builder..

Good so we have the right family  ;D
He appears to have had at least two sisters -
Mary Ann who is with her parents on the 1841 that  Jennifer found married to John Wiltshire.

Caroline whose marriages are as follows -
22nd July 1839 - The Parish Church, Hackney
Francis Neal - full age- Bachelor - Pencutter -Residence Dalston Lane -father William Neal, occ Locksmith.
Caroline Tully -full age-spinster-Residence Dalston Lane - father John Tully occ Organ Builder
Wit Francis Fisher and Emily Neal.
......
St James Church, Shoreditch -13th June 1863
Charles Thomas Davis - age 32- Widower - occ Engineer -res 7 Holywell Lane - father Thomas Davis - Engineer
Caroline Tully- age 36 - Widow - res 7 Holywell Lane - father John Gully - Organ Builder
Wit John Wiltshire and Maria Tully.

Carolines marriage age cannot be right  ::)
