Bristol Electoral rolls 1900- 1940

Does anyone have access to the Electoral Rolls for Bristol and Bath by any chance?

John Francis Fegan died at 13 Withleigh Road Knowle 1 Apr 1917. I am trying to find out when he moved there.
Annie  Fegan his widow from 1917 - 1950. Where did she live?

Also Frank Allen Moore from 1920 - 1950 He was at the The White House Saltford in 1930 and the Grey House in Bath in 1933

I am also trying to locate Frank Allen Moore or his family members. His father lived at Knowle House (near Withleigh Road). thats all I know. Did you find any more info about his family tree? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know who his parents were?  If so then you could consider obtaining the marriage certificate to see if it is the right Frank.
