hi not sure which part of Australia but

Caroline KNIGHT nee Fallon born in the UK in 1825 (sometimes known as Catherine)


arrived in Melbourne in 1855 with her 3 Daughters ,but not her Husband Frederick born 1823 is still in the UK in 1861
 
Daughters
Adelaide who married in 1875 Ballarat

Caroline who married in 1876 Victoria

Phoebe who married in 1868 Victoria


Frederick arrived in Australia in 1869 and remarried in 1872 in Victoria
so am assuming Caroline had died between 1855 and 1872 ?

Can anyone find her death or her on any record after 1855?? thanks so much

also cannot find her children between 1855 and their marriages

Going back a step...what are the names of the ships that Caroline/Catherine and chn and Frederick travelled to Aus?

I cannot find a death in Vic for a C*e KNIGHT in the period you are asking.

His 1872 marriage cert would give the date his first wife died and issue of their marriage.

This would appear to be their marriage
11 August, 1845 at St Mary Newington, Surrey
Frederick KNIGHT, bachelor, leather draper of Page's Walk - father George KNIGHT, pictureframe maker.
Caroline FALLON, spinster, of King St - father: James FALLON, warehouseman

1851 census gives her place of birth as St Olave, Southark.  Not that this helps find her death.

I asked about the shipping details as the only Caroline KNIGHT [25 years] I can find arriving in 1855 arrived with two children, Adelaide 4 years and Emma 1 year. So where are the daughters, Caroline and Phoebe?

Caroline BATTEN aged 88 died in 1935 at BALLT
Father = Knight Frederick & Mother = Catherine  FALLON
Ref = 17474

So here’s Caroline’s marriage…..

Henry John BATTEN born CORNWALL married Caroline KNIGHT born London on 1876.
Ref = 11

You’d have to be very lucky to find out much about between her arrival and her marriage. Trove Newspapers might reveal something.

I think the only source of finding Caroline's death is the 1872 marriage certificate.
