This new database, available on  http://www.poms.ac.uk    covers 21,000 Scots appearing in the records from the death of Malcolm III in 1093 to Robert the Bruce's Parliament at Cambuskenneth in 1314.
 Produced by Glasgow University with the assistance of Lancaster & Edinburgh Universities & King's College, London.

Just discovered this website. Fascinating, though a bit far back for most of us researchers, I think.

This is a database of all known people of Scotland between 1093 and 1314 mentioned in over 8600 contemporary documents.
