Help Please!!

My grand uncle Henry Bradley born January 17, 1903 in Greenock, Scotland immigrated to New York, August 8, 1927 to his Aunt Catherine Bradley, 721 South 6th Street, Philadelphia.  I cannot find him in the 1930 or 1940 Census!

I know he married Catherine Brennan in New York City c1938.  They had one child Suzanne who was mentally challenged.  I think she was born between 1949 - 1952.  I am trying to find her birth cert.  I have checked the Family search website .. to no avail.

Henry's last known address in 1942, is 271 - 6th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 

Henry, his wife and child came to visit her home in Sligo, Ireland in June, 1952 he died suddenly and is buried there.  Apparently his wife and child remained in Ireland.  Susanne was put in an institution in Sligo and died in her late teens.  Catherine her mother died in 2001.

I have requested through the Irish State for information on Suzanne, but they refuse to release any information until I can produce a Birth certificate for her.

Any guidance will be gratefully appreciated.

I wouldn't expect to find a birth certificate from that time frame online, as most states don't allow them to be available to the public for people born so recently. 

I wonder if this might be Henry in 1930 - https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XS5D-ZK6  The immigration year seems to fit.

Yes, Suzanne's birth is rather recent and I suppose I was looking for a miracle there!!

I will keep on file the Census for 1930, your right regarding dates, but I know his parents were Irish born.
