David Ross died 1866 Portsea
« on: Tuesday 11 September 12 17:44 BST (UK) »
Hi RootsChat

I am researching my GGGrandfather David Ross sergeant in the Royal Marine Artillery.
He died in 1866 whilst living at Alma terrace ? Eastney. Any ideas where he might have been buried.

Many Thanks
Karen

Hello there,

If he was "Church or England" then there is a cemetery just down the road on Highland Rd.(St. Magaret's).  You could ask for a "look-up" from someone in the area.
