Valerie Fairbairn MCINTOSH born abt 1910 Vic. Married Harold Croxon HAMON, born 1910 England, married 1935 Vic. Harold died abt 1975 Adelaide, can't find death for Valerie, I have them together on electoral roll in 1949, can't find him on any other roll.I have Valerie on all rolls till 1977 at Karingal, Chelsea, Victoria.
So is Date of Death for Harold correct? and when where did Valerie die Cheers Jen

He enlisted in RAN Feb 1927 + 12yrs, discharged Mar 1939

Enlisted WW2...married 23 Jan 1935..wife, two children under 16, one over 16
(so maybe two marriages?)

This from GenealogoySA however there is no death registration in SA to 1972  or listing on Port Pirie Cemetery database.  

Another resource states that this MI is at the Port Pirie War Cemetery and it is noted as HAMON H C and Freda Haynes.

Did he use the surname HAYNES or has there been some confusion at the time of registering his death.  Perhaps they weren't married.    I would also approach the Port Pirie council for clarification of their cemetery records.
