Master of foreign going ship

I am trying to find out more information on Thomas William Shaw, born 1875 at Liverpool. He received his Master certificate (number 032205) in July 1903.

 I can find no trace of him after 1911 (census) where he is at home. His occupation is given as Mariner.

I have the information available on him from Ancestry.

Any help on where to go from here is appreciated.
