it was written Schlühssel/Schlühßel like also Paten were written Pathen, more an older writting....  ;)

and you are right with the second "Herr"....  ;D

Krämpfe/Cramps was also meant and named "Fraisen" = Epilepsie, Krampfanfälle/Epilepsy, seizures
