346 Wargrave Road, Newton le Willows

Could anyone let me know if this particular address is still in existance.  If not could they let me know what is in its place.  Thanks.  The reason for asking is that in the 1911 census my Grandfather lived there and if I am ever in Lancashire I would like to try and see where it is.
