Hi,

Sorry, now I'm confused :-[

Who do you think was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints, they weren't founded until around the 1830s,

They operate the familysearch/IGI site that has many different records from many sources, including people submitting information, it is always best to see the original image if possible.

https://familysearch.org/

More info about it here,

Do you know where Mary Addington MACKENZIE was born and do you have her on any census.

Regards,
Daisy

No, you're not confused, I think I've got completely confused, sure I read it somewhere and found this: (on Mary Symonds parents)  Will look in to this later... I might be totally wrong!

International Genealogical Index (IGI) -

Mary Addington Mackenzie :
B: abt 1810 in Aldgate, Middlesex, England (although the year 1803 has cropped up a couple of times)
D:  Oct 1880 in London, United Kingdom

Think I found her in 1851 census:
 HO107/1558/159 p 28.

Many thanks,

Jo

Many Thanks

I think...

Muddled = a condition that affects all genealogists, a part of doing your family history that no-one avoids, and one that will happen more than once. I've definitely been there, done that ;D

I've also got some non-conformists in my family, one branch were baptists, their children didn't get baptised their until they were grown up. That makes for some confusing dates ::)
