Do you have the couple’s respective townlands (addresses) from their civil marriage certificate?

Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church assuming the husband came from a different parish. So that church would be the place to search for Brigdet’s baptism and that of any siblings.

Griffiths Valuation for 1859 has a John O’Neill in Tullyreavy. He was renting a farmhouse, offices (outbuildings) and 7 acres of land (plot 2). Presumably John was related to Arthur.

There was still an O’Neill farming there in 1901:

& in 1911:

There are 3 townlands called Keenaghan in Co Tyrone. The one in Kildress parish has Charles Devlin farming a house, outbuildings, and a share in 102 acres in 1859. (Plot 6a).

3 households with Devlin in, in 1901. The one headed by Charles is presumably Bridget’s father:

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Oaklands/Keenaghan/1729474/

In 1911, there was just 2:

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Oaklands/Keenaghan/859181/

Will abstract:

Full Abstract :
Devlin John of Keenaghan Cookstown county Tyrone farmer died 20 March 1937 Administration Londonderry 3 November to Sarah Devlin spinster. Effects £25 10s.
(Will should be in PRONI but is not on-line).

What looks like Charles Devlin's death was registered in Cookstown Oct - Dec 1914 Vol 1, page 365.

I’d be inclined to check parish records next to build up a fuller picture of the two families from baptism and marriage records.

Hi Mick123,

I have O'Neill in my family line from the same area.  My ancestors are:  Henry O'Neill who married a Jane Doyle in about 1832.  They went on to have a Mary & Henry who were born in the Magherfelt. These could be their ancestors. Let me know.
