What about a birth certificate of one of Abraham & Grace’s children this would give you her maiden name as a starting point and may help find the marriage

7 March 1878 the Will of Abraham late of Guiseley Cloth Manufacturer who died 20 August 1877 at Guiseley was proved at Wakefield by Sons Abraham & Isaac Moon both of Guiseley Cloth Manufactuers James Somerville Taylor of Bradford Woolstapler & Arthur Moon of Guiseley Cloth Manufacturer the Executors.

I don't think it was legal to marry your deceased wife's sister until early in the 20th Century. But it certainly did happen.

The local vicar may have refused to marry them so they eloped to Gretna  - or somewhere similar.

familysearch have two baptisms in Guiseley for Grace Clapham:

27/9/1829 daughter of John & Betty
29/6/1828 daughter of Samuel & Ann

I think the Grace Clapham born c 1828 Guiseley dau of John & Betty
married Abraham PRIESTLY on 1861c living with Abraham & Grace Priestly is her father John Clapham & William Clapham son age 10

Grace Clapham with parents John & Betty plus William 4mths grandson

Grace Clapham father John occ. Comber married previously to William Brook
Grace Brook 31 widow of Clayton married 1858 St Peter Bradford (Bradford Cathedral) Abraham Priestly

So that leaves the question of Grace Clapham born c1829 Guiseley dau of Samuel & Ann
did she marry Abraham Moon or were they just living together as man & wife 

Interesting 1861 marriage St Oswald of Abraham Moon’s daughter Emma Moon to George Clayton Witnesses to their wedding were Abraham Moon J & Hannah CLAPHAM

Hannah Moon married Henry Foggitt in 1860 Witnesses Abraham Moon Jnr. & Rebecca Bradley

Mary Moon & brother Abraham Moon Jnr. married in 1861 on the same day

Mary’s wedding  witnesses George & Emma CLAYTON
Abraham’s wedding witnesses Henry & Hannah FOGGITT

Isaac Moon married Martha Smith 1867 Bradford witnesses Joseph & Emma Louis Copperwaite

Arthur Moon married Ada Thompson 1879 St Oswald witnesses Henry Hardwick Dawson, Isaac Moon & ? Moon

As previously said I think the only way you are going to solve the mystery of Grace's maiden name is obtaining a birth certificate of one of her & Abraham 's children

I've taken another look this morning and I can't find a marriage for Abraham Moon to a Grace 

These were the only other Grace Clapham marriages showing on An*y all other marriages were at St Oswald Guiseley

Here are two further probate details of the Moon family (not sure about this Abraham as his wife is named Hannah (Abraham Jnr. wife was called Jane - perhaps they got the name wrong )
