1911 shows married 3yrs - no children. Occ is just groom - not Army groom
Wife was Margaret aged 32 b Dublin
He was living in Military Rd Cork but is not shown as a member of the Military. Other residents of the same road seem to be in ordinary occupations (eg) Daniel Wilson master Printer. Timothy Spillane - labourer
Do you have other documentation that confirms he was in the Army?

Do you know where in England he was born?
The first name of 333833 in the HLI is Rowland. Also, six digit numbers were given to territorial battalions in 1917. A Regular in 1911 would have a four digit number. So I doubt he is either of the two men you list.
You could order the marriage certificate from the Irish GRO. They only charge 4 Euros for a copy on plain paper. But you cannot order online. You have to print off an application form and send/fax it with your credit card details.
