Belfast obituary

I'll be in Belfast shortly. Where would I look there for a 1910 obituary? Library? Newspaper office?

Hi dollard, ;D

your best bet is the Belfast Library in Royal Avenue. I have had success there with a newspaper article from 1909.

I did try the newspaper office first but they couldn't help.

Hi, Would you be able to do a lookup for me while you're there?
My granddad died on 11 Sept 1940. He had an accident at Harland & Wollfe shipyards on that day and died later in the day at the Royal Victoria. I have his death cert but can't find out anything else from over here
Thanks
Bob
