1889 Coin with Victoria and winged figure on horse

1889 Coin with Victoria Reg on one side and a winged rider with club on horse ....something on ground. Is it a coin or what ? Thank you for any info

Yes It looks like that but it also looks like young head st george but I shall have to try to compare as I see much more detail in the photographs. Thank you very much.

It has the Jubilee veiled head and the earrings and necklace are visible. I shall check the other side an other day.
