There is this one in Burslem (about a mile from Tunstall)

Mary Ann Nixon bp 24 November 1824 St Johns Burslem Stafford. Parents: Joseph Nixon and Thirza.

And this from the Non-Conformist Registers

Birth 20 Jan. 1823 bap. 31 Jan. 1823 Wesleyan Methodist Church, Stoke and Woolstanton, Burslem Stafford. Parents~ Joseph Nixon and Ellen
