I have been told there are some charge sheets from police records from Prescot.
Apparently these records have the names,place of birth and of course the nature of the charge. I contacted the Lancashire records and I have a reference number. Before I make further investigations, I would like to know if anyone has seen these records and can confirm that they do in fact cover comprehensively the records as stated. The dates are 1840 - 1850
