Dating please?

Hello there.  This may be a hopeless request because, at the moment, I can only supply you with some bad images of this lady and gent - whom I think are husband and wife.   I can perhaps provide more information soon.  I am hoping that they date from c1890 or perhaps before - just after something to confirm or deny identity.  Any clues gratefully received.  Many thanks Heather

The lady is quite easy to date as she has a distinctive sleeve style popular from 1889-93.
The gent I'm afraid not so,we would need to see all of it in order to see what sort of photo it is.
