wittersham Farm previously College farm

Has anyone any idea how Wittersham Farm previously College Farm was worked. I have a photo of all the workforce including the foreman Sargeant Ades (Killed 1916) out in Mesopotamia(1915) with then the owner Captain John Body later Colonel Body.Head gardener James Elliott who was taken on as a 14 year old boy in 1900 and stayed for almost 70 years. He was recruited for the 5th Kent by John Body, but in 1912 was in the Sussex regiment. John's wife(muriel) is also in the photo so guess the sevants kept the house going. Then there was the cricket ground which I understand from two sources was on the farm until the 1960's, so assume the Painting is of Wittersham Farm Cricket ground. There is also a photo of Wittersham cricketeers with John Body and John(Jack) Body in the group.
