I am looking for the place of death and/or burial/Crem for Ambrose Feaver who was born in Tudeley nr Tonbridge in Kent in 1811 and died in 1881. Many thanks.

Hi,

1881 census has him living with his son in Hadlow; the exact place of death will be shown on his death certificate; copies can be ordered from GRO and cost £9.25.

The FreeBMD index spells his surname as FEVER, and records the district that he died in as Tunbridge in KENT, not Sussex.      Roy G
