Stevens - Phipps

The information I am looking for is where Joseph Stevens was born, his father's name and where and when his parents were born. His mother was Rachel Phipps. He was born around 1812. The town is possibly called Bradwell or Bradwell, but I do not know where that is located. He married Albinia Gallop in Bristol, Somerset in 1839, and they lived in Wales for some time, where their son, Charles Henry Stevens, was born.

strong possibility for baptism here as he says 'Bradwell' in 1851

Thank you so much. It says that his father was Thomas Stephens and his birth place, Broadwell, Oxfordshire - so now I know a few things I wanted to learn.
