baptism and marriage look up please

Hi
I'm looking for the wife of an Evan Thomas b.1783/1784 in Llancarfan, Glamorgan.  He is the father of Anne, Harriet, Catherine, Hannah, Thomas, Robert, William and Evan.  The 1841 Census shows Evan living with Ann b. 1745 (maybe his mother) and also Mary b. 1796 and Robert b. 1819 who I assume is his son.  The 1861 census shows Evan living with his daughter Catherine b. 1821 and her husband Charles Taylor b. 1819.  I would really like to know who Evan's wife is and any information about his father and if Ann is his mother and what Mary's relationship to Evan is.
Any help would be much appreciated.

this could be the baptism of Catherine from the 1861 census

But, the Evan in 1861 gives his place of birth as Aberavon and is unlikely to be the same one that is in Llancarfan in 1841, the parishes are some distance apart

The Llancarfan Evan died in 1844

and his will is online at the NLW site. He appears to have been unmarried as the will mentions nephews, brothers, sisters and mother, Mary would appear to be his sister. Robert Thomas is a separate household within the dwelling, there is a // before his name.

Nearest baptism of Evan Thomas b.1783 is 24th April 1789 - Father Thomas. Parish Church of St.Cadoc, Llancarfan
Burial of Evan Thomas at St.Cadoc is 26th June 1844 age 61 . His addres was given as Llanbethery.
