Thomas Lapper/Lapworth Baptism

Hello

One of my ancestors was Thomas Lapper. He married Agnes Saunders in Southrop in Gloucestershire on the 6th April 1741. One of the problems i have is that the family went by two names  Lapper & Lapworth (proven by childrens baptism's and a one name study done on the names which included Thomas). The couple lived in Eastleach Turville and Eastleach Martin. They had 4 children Richard, Henry, Elizabeth & Mary.
I have found a baptism for a Thomas Lapper in Poulton in 1721 without parents names and two in Eastleach Turville under the surname Lapworth, one in 1701 to Richard and one in 1710 to Thomas but he dies aged 2.
