What age is this woman

The woman in the picture is Mary "The Lady" she was born 1873 and died 1929, when about would this picture have been taken.

Wow, I'm glad you didn't ask what her waist size was.... looks about 18"??

I am no expert but her face looks quite young and untroubled so I would be surprised if she was out of her teens.

The photo looks as if it was taken to celebrate her putting her hair up for the first time, so certainly in her teens.

Another question, do you reckon that her waist was doctored, it can't really be that size can it.

It looks doctored to me......or refined might be a better term!

was it Sabrina or Jayne Mansfield that "in her prime" had a waist size of 18" ........no one ever looked at her waist though....I wonder why ::)

I'd agree with teens, do you know when she married, maybe it was her last portrait as a single lady.

and what did I read just recently about Kylie  was'nt hers waist down to 16"  :-\ ouch!
