Arthur was the son of Mary COLLINS , does anyone have access to bith / bapt records for Sevenoaks reg district, specifically Westerham - Brasted - Chiddingstone.
There are 2 birth registration entries in Dec 1868

that we believe may be him.
Also looking for the birth/bapt  circa 1873-75 of brother or half brother Edward George or George Edward COLLINS, father uncertain, the most likely from Reigate Surrey Reg Dist Sept 1872, the target being Reigate.
