Help for 1712 Latin (short bit)

This is an admon for one William MERRY of Lockton, butcher from 1712. Can someone please translate it for me. Of course, interested in any other names that might help sort families.

I can't see anything very well, but line 2 seems to start:

bonor_ Gulielmi Merry nuper de Lockton Dioc Ebor
the goods of William Merry late of Lockton in the Diocese of York

The third line is something like:

abintestato ( ut asseritur ) defuncti Josepho Merry eius fratri?
intestate ( as is asserted ) deceased Joseph Merry his brother?

Fourth line:

..................... Exhibitum fuit Inventarium infra 30 li
..................... An Inventory was exhibited under £20

Yes, he was a butcher, so that makes sense.

The Joseph Merry, brother would be very helpful information. The "deceased" refers to William then, and NOT Joseph? May I assume Joseph was to be the administrator...or whatever, of Williams estate?

What I meant to say is that in the index of wills, it identifies this "will" as being of William MERRY, butcher.

Sorry I was unclear. Yes, William deceased, and Joseph as administrator.
The word at the end of line 1 begins adm... , so probably the Latin for administration.
