Cant open a document on Ancestry its says need Adobe flash player have downloaded it but still black screen

Same thing has just happened to me on the Passenger List Records. Was that what you were viewing Bilcor1?

I then looked at another Passenger Record, which was not actually relevant to my research and the record was visible. Perhaps we don't have an Adobe problem but Ancestry have some problem.

Hi I was looking at masters & mates certificates and tried another one but still no use

Ok have attached cert from ancestry but still cant access original

The image came up for me straight away. I'm wondering, if, you can change your viewer settings to 'Standard Image' it might work.  It's in the Options drop down when you get the image page up.

You should open http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

It will tell you if you have errors or an incorrect version given your operating system. And there are help lnks in blue near the bottom, and to the right.
