Hi, is anyone having trouble logging on with Ancestry today, this is not my first problem with them of late, first I had to reset my username etc in late December as they told me my subscription had been cancelled by me, however, it had not been cancelled.
Now I cannot log on because it is not recognising my username or password.

I keep myself logged in all the time and having just checked I am still logged in.
