There is only one John baptised in Boscombe around that time, I don't think it is your John but for info.
20 April 1800. John White. BBS. Jane. Boscombe.

I could not find a marriage for John to a Harriet Paulter, only to Harriet Young.

13 Oct 1827. John white Otp. Banns. Harriet Young. Otp. Boscombe.
