Trying to trace a family by the name of Sararas of North Carolina

Nicholas Sararas born abt 1751
            Married
Mary Livergood born abt 1781

Around the turn of the century they moved to Ontario, Canada where they lived until they died.
I cannot find ant information of them in North Carolina or there parents. Some say they came from Germany because of religion. Also the spelling of Sararas could be different.

If anyone has any ideas please feel free to voice your oppion
