Trying to connect Quinney Alfred G Bartholomew - photographer in Halstead, Essex

I'm trying to confirm that Quinney Alfred G Bartholomew (b 1876 in Risbridge/Haverhill Suffolk - d Jan 1903 in Halstead, Essex) is the son of Henry Barrett Bartholomew (b abt 1843 in Chappel, Essex - d?) and Maria Quinney (b abt 1843 in Chappel, Essex - d?). If so his father was a Railway Loco Engine Driver living at 95 Kings Road, Halstead, Essex.
I also want to confirm that Quinney was a photographer (as shown in 1901 census) at that address and died two years later. I wonder if he might appear in any Halstead papers advertising his trade?
His mothers parents I think were Henry Quinney (b  abt 1811 in Waltham, Essex - d 1882) and Elizabeth Deal (b abt 1812 in Great Tey, Essex - d?). He was also an engine driver, as was most of Quinney's brothers.
I am not related, but am researching Essex photographers and any help would be appreciated

Buying the birth certificate would give his full name and parents.
What censuses have you found him (whoever he is?) as a photographer?
