JEAN McINTOSH PUTNAM NEE STANNERS

Iam hoping that someone can help me with an obituary for Jean McIntosh Putnam nee Stanners who died in Volusia county,Florida on the 7th January 1993.She was my grandfathers 1/2 sister who,at age 9, was sent,with her younger brother, from Australia to Canada in about 1922 to live with her fathers extended family after they were orphaned.
Jean was born on the 20th March 1913 in Sydney Australia, and was very young when she was sent away leaving behind 4 of her 1/2 siblings who  never saw  either her or their 7 year old 1/2 brother again
Her mother was Australian,her father was Scottish..she married an Edward Frederick Putnam of the R.C.M.P in Montreal in 1943.
I don't know if there were any children from this marriage but it would be lovely if there were.
Also perhaps I can be advised on how to obtain a copy of her death certificate.
I am in Australia and not sure of the protocol/costs involved for requesting this document.

There was a UK return passenger list - Jean M Putnam - born 1914 and aged 35 years. Also travelling Edward F aged 38 years. C/O Major J A Wright, Sackville House, 40 Piccadilly, London W1. Occupation:- A/Immigration Officer. (No children listed) Country of last residence :- Canada. Country of future residence is under other parts of British Empire.
Port of Departure: St John, New Brunswick, Canada to Liverpool on the Empress of Canada, arriving 23 rd February 1949.

Born 25 th May 1910 and died 3 rd February 1989
Last Residence: 32074  Ormond Beach, Volusia, Florida.
SSN was issued in Florida (1962)
