also on 1881 census
John Yarsley birth 1848
address 14 Arthur street Garston

Are the two related?

Looks like the family in 1861 - RG09 piece 2738 folio 149 page 6 - enumerated as Yarsley but image could be Yearsley.

William Yarsley, 42, shoemaker born Northwich
Martha 42 born Welshpool
Sarah Elizabeth 16 born Garston
John 13 born Garston
William 5 born Garston

Same family in 1871 enumerated as Yearsley this time at Arthur St, Garston with the addition of another daughter Mary J born 1846 in Garston. Ref RG10 piece 3853 folio 90 page 60.

Possible marriage for William Yearsley in 1846 in Northwich (one of the candidates is Martha Buckley)  Dec qtr vol 19 page 187.
