Is anyone going to the Portsmouth Record?

Please would it be possible to get a copy of these two marriages, I need to compare the signatures of all parties

Married on the 18 Mar 1860 Saint Marys, Portsea, Hant's  William Edward BRICKNELL age 21   
& Maria PORT age 20

Married on the 18 Jan 1829 by banns, St. Mary's, Portsea, Hant's                                       
Thomas BRICKNELL bat & Sarah SUNNEX spin BTP wit Hannah BRICKNELL, John BRICKNELL.
